Clinical Application of Remazolam Besylate Combined with in travenous Anesthesia in Cervical Circular Resection Surgery
Objective To explore effect of remazolam besylate combined with intravenous anesthesia in cervical circular resection surgery.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with cervical circular resection in our hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 as analysis subjects,and divided them into two groups based on different anesthesia plans:control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with sufentanil combined propofol,while observation group with remimazolam besylate combined intravenous anesthesia on the basis of control group.Clinical related indicators were compared between two groups:including heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP),awakening quality,adverse reactions.Results Clinically relevant indicators comparison showed,observation group had no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss(12.35±4.68)ml and intraoperative infusion volume(512.02±70.64)ml compared with control group(P>0.05),while dosage of propofol(70.28±10.58)mg was less than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Both groups of HR and MAP showed trend of first decreasing and then increasing.Observation group had higher HR time points than control group,difference was not significant(P>0.05).Comparison of MAP values at different time points between two groups showed,observation group had higher value,with significant difference(P<0.05).Awakening quality comparison between two groups showed,MOAA/S scores in observation group were significantly higher than control group at all time points(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in observation group were significantly lower than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion During anesthesia of patients with cervical circular electrosurgical resection,combination of remimazolam besylate and intravenous anesthesia can achieve significant effect,which is worthy of promotion and application on a large scale in clinical anesthesia plans.
