摘要
目的 分析对于急性左心衰并肾功能不全患者采用连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)的效果.方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的80例急性左心衰并肾功能不全患者作为对象实施研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组采取血液透析治疗,观察组则采取CRRT治疗.对比两组的治疗效果,以及肝功能、血氧、电解质指标.结果 研究结果显示,观察组的治疗效果好于对照组,且肝功能、血氧、电解质指标均好于对照组,差异对比有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 CRRT应用于急性左心衰并肾功能不全的治疗中,能够获得较好的效果.
Abstract
Objective To analyze effect of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in treatment of patients with acute left heart failure and renal insufficiency.Methods The paper chose 80 patients from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with hemodialysis treatment,while observation group with CRRT treatment.Curative effect,liver function,blood oxygen,and electrolyte indicators were compared between two groups.Results Research showed,curative effect in observation group was better than control group,liver function,blood oxygen,and electrolyte indicators were better than control group.Difference comparison showed statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion CRRT can achieve good curative effect in treatment of acute left heart failure with renal insufficiency.
