摘要
在医疗机构人力资源管理工作中,继续医学教育管理非常重要,通过开展继续医学教育管理工作,针对医疗机构工作人员进行严谨的临床工作培训,可以帮助工作人员及时更新自己的专业知识储备,学习先进的职业技能,有效开展各项医疗工作,及时应对市场竞争环境变化,实现医疗机构的可持续发展.本文分析了PDCA循环教学模式的含义和重要作用,并重点研究了在继续医学教育管理中PDCA循环教学模式的开展措施.
Abstract
In the human resource management of medical institutions,continuing medical education management is very important.By carrying out continuing medical education management work and providing rigorous clinical training for medical institution staff,it can help staff update their professional knowledge reserves in a timely manner,learn advanced vocational skills,effectively carry out various medical work,and respond to changes in the market competition environment in a timely manner,To achieve sustainable development of medical institutions.This article mainly analyzes the meaning and important role of the PDCA cycle teaching mode,and focuses on researching the implementation measures of the PDCA cycle teaching mode in continuing medical education management.
