Effect Observation of Strengthening Emergency Nursing Management for Emergency Severe Stroke Patients
Objective To analyze and study effect of strengthening emergency nursing management for emergency severe stroke patients.Methods The paper chose 90 emergency severe stroke patients from November 2020 to November 2022 as study observation subjects,and divided them into control group(with 45 cases)and observation group(with 45 cases),treated with combination with routine management.Observation group was treated with strengthening emergency nursing management.Management satisfaction degree,incidence of complications,management quality,life quality,hemodynamic indicators,and clinical indicators were compared and analyzed in detail.Results Satisfaction degree with management methods of observation group was higher than control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Clinical indicators in observation group were lower than control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Management quality in observation group was higher than control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Hemodynamic indicators in observation group were higher than control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Life quality in observation group was higher than control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Strengthening emergency nursing management can achieve significant advantages for severe stroke patients.After scientific and reasonable implementation,it can improve hemodynamics,reduce complications,and shorten emergency response time,increase satisfaction degree with life quality and management of patients significantly,improve nursing management quality greatly.
