Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing on Lumbar Disc Herniation Patients with Minimally Invasive Surgery
Objective To explore clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on lumbar disc herniation patients with minimally invasive surgical treatment.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023,treated with minimally invasive surgical treatment,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while experimental group with comprehensive nursing.Clinical application effect between two groups was evaluated and analyzed.Results(1)Life quality scores of reference group were higher than experimental group after treatment,difference comparison showed P＜0.05.(2)Postoperative pain scores of reference group were relatively lower than experimental group,difference comparison showed P＜0.05.(3)Clinical nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was 96.67%,higher than reference group,(29/30),difference comparison showed P＜0.05.Conclusion Strengthening comprehensive nursing can ensure clinical treatment effectiveness,improve postoperative pain,and continuously improve quality of clinical nursing services of patients with lumbar disc herniation with minimally invasive surgical treatment.
