Effect Evaluation of Perioperative High-Quality Nursing in Radiofrequency Ablation for Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation
Objective To analyze effect of high-quality perioperative nursing in radiofrequency ablation in treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods The paper chose 105 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted to cardiology department of our hospital from May 2021 to June 2023,with radiofrequency ablation treatment,and divided them into control group and study group randomly,with 52 and 53 cases respectively.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while study group with high-quality nursing.Nursing effect between two groups was compared.Results Total effective rate of treatment in control group was 84.62%(44/52),that in study group it was 96.23%(51/53),significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).SAS Self Rating Anxiety Scale scores of control group were(48.65±4.51)points,and SDS Self Rating Depression Scale scores were(52.46±4.93)points,those of study group were(42.37±3.96)points and(45.39±4.26)points respectively,significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05).SF-36 life quality scores of control group were(83.57±4.51)points,while those of study group were(92.34±3.96)points,significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).International standardized ratio(INR)compliance rate of control group was 73.08%(38/52),while that of study group was 88.68%(47/53),significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).Incidence of complications in control group was 17.31%(9/52),while that of study group was 3.77%(2/53),significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion High-quality perioperative nursing can improve treatment efficiency,emotional status and life quality,avoide incidence of various complications in radiofrequency ablation in treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,which has significant application effect.
