Effect Analysis of Continuous Nursing on Smoking Cessation and Lung Function of Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To observe effect of continuous nursing during treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in clinical practice.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into experimental group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases with random number table method.Experimental group was treated with continuous nursing model,while control group with routine nursing.Nursing satisfaction degree,lung function index levels,and smoking cessation success probability of experimental patients were compared.Results After nursing services,research values of nursing satisfaction degree and evaluation results of intervention subjects in experimental group were higher than control group(P＜0.05).Levels of lung function indicators in intervention group were higher than control group(P＜0.05).Probability of successful smoking cessation in experimental group was higher than control group based on research values and evaluation results of intervention subjects,(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing model can achieve better evaluation effect in clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.After nursing,patients are more satisfied with nursing services,with significantly better lung function and higher probability of successful smoking cessation,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
