Nursing Experience of FreeStyle Libre Glucose Monitoring System in Clinical Application of Diabetes Patients
Objective To study effect of FreeStyle Libre glucose monitoring system in clinical nursing of diabetes patients.Methods The paper chose 84 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from March to April 2023 for study,and divided them into reference group(treated with traditional glucose monitor)and study group(with FreeStyle Libre glucose monitoring system)randomly,with 42 cases in each group.Blood glucose monitoring compliance and self-management ability was compared between two groups.Results Compliance of study group with blood glucose monitoring was much higher than control group,difference was statistically significant between groups(P＜0.05).Blood glucose compliance was lower than control group,and there was statistically significant difference between groups(P＜0.05).Before intervention,there was no difference in self-management ability scores between two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,self-management ability scores in study group in all dimensions were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant between groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion FreeStyle Libre dynamic glucose monitoring system can improve compliance,improve self-management ability,and ensure smooth development of medical and nursing work in blood glucose monitoring of diabetes patients,which has high application value.
