摘要
目的 探讨基于微信平台的健康宣教对单位职工体检者认知状况及遵医行为的影响.方法 选择2019年10月—2022年1月本院收治的102例单位职工为研究对象,按双色球随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组51例.对照组以常规健康教育干预,观察组给予基于微信平台的健康宣教干预,比较两组干预效果.结果 观察组体检者健康知识的掌握程度、健康行为、满意度、依从率以及生活质量高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于微信平台的健康宣教对单位职工体检者应用效果十分显著,值得应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore effect of health education based on WeChat platform on cognitive status and compliance behavior of physical examination personnel.Methods The paper chose 102 employees admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to January 2022 as research subjects,and randomly divided them into two groups with two color sphere method,with 51 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine health education intervention,while observation group with health education intervention based on WeChat platform.Intervention effect between two groups was compared.Results Observation group had higher level of mastery of health knowledge,health behavior,satisfaction degree,compliance incidence,and life quality than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Health education based on WeChat platform can achieve significant effect on physical examinations for employees,which it is worthy of application.
