东台地区健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染状况分析

目的 研究东台地区健康体检人群中幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染状况及影响因素。方法 选择2021年7月—2021年12月在东台市人民医院进行体检的受检者,采用14C-尿素呼气试验检测Hp,并通过问卷调查统计相关因素。结果 849例受检者中,Hp感染率为31。4%。回归分析显示性别、职业、饮食口味、喝生水或食生食、共用茶具或餐具是独立危险因素。结论 东台地区Hp感染率低于全国平均水平,女性、职业、喜辛辣饮食、喝生水或食生食、共用茶具或餐具是危险因素。
Analysis of Helicobacter Pylori Infection Status of Healthy Individuals with Physical Examinations in Dongtai Area
Objective To study infection status and influencing factors of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)of healthy population with physical examinations in Dongtai area.Methods The paper chose subjects with physical examinations in Dongtai People's Hospital from July 2021 to December 2021,and detected Hp with 14C urea breath test.Relevant factors were statistically analyzed based on questionnaire survey.Results Among 849 tested individuals,Hp infection rate was 31.4%.Regression analysis showed,independent risk factors included gender,occupation,dietary taste,drinking raw water or eating raw food,and sharing tea sets or utensils.Conclusion Hp infection rate in Dongtai area was lower than the national average,and risk factors include female gender,occupation,preference for spicy food,drinking raw water or eating raw food,and sharing tea sets or tableware.
