目的 评估藏文版广泛焦虑量表(Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7，GAD-7)和藏文版患者健康问卷抑郁量表(Patient Health Questionnaire-9，PHQ-9)在藏族人民心理测评中的可靠性和实用性。方法 选取2020年9月—2021年11月在三六三医院神经内科就诊的藏族患者，采用简明国际神经精神访谈、藏文版GAD-7、藏文版PHQ-9量表进行心理测评。评估藏文版GAD-7和PHQ-9信效度。结果 共纳入197例藏族患者，焦虑障碍33例(16。8%)，抑郁障碍31例(15。7%)。藏文版GAD-7和PHQ-9量表Cronbach's α系数分别为0。871和0。885。藏文版GAD-7量表ROC曲线下面积为0。954(95%置信区间0。923～0。986)，临界值＞8分时其敏感度为81。8%，特异度为94。5%;藏文版PHQ-9量表ROC曲线下面积为0。942(95%置信区间0。908～0。976)，临界值＞9分时其敏感度为83。9%，特异度为89。2%。结论 藏文版GAD-7、藏文版PHQ-9量表能有效识别藏族人群焦虑、抑郁障碍。
The Application Value of Broad Anxiety Scale and Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Scale in Psychological Assessment of Tibetan Population
Objective To evaluate the reliability and practicability of Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7)and Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)in Tibetan psychological assessment.Methods From September 2020 to November 2021,Tibetan patients in the Department of Neurology of Three Sixty-Three Hospital were assessed by using the concise international neuropsychiatric interview,the Tibetan version of GAD-7 and the Tibetan version of PHQ-9.The reliability and validity of the Tibetan version GAD-7 and PHQ-9 were evaluated.Results A total of 197 Tibetan patients were included,including 33 patients with anxiety disorder(16.8%)and 31 patients with depression disorder(15.7%).Cronbach's a coefficients of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scales were 0.871 and 0.885.The area under ROC curve of the Tibetan version of GAD-7 scale was 0.954(95%confidence interval 0.923-0.986).When the critical value was＞8,the sensitivity and specificity were 81.8%and 94.5%respectively.The area under ROC curve of the Tibetan version PHQ-9 scale was 0.942(95%confidence interval 0.908-0.976),when the critical value＞9,the sensitivity was 83.9%,and the specificity was 89.2%.Conclusion The Tibetan version of GAD-7 and Tibetan version of PHQ-9 scales can effectively identify anxiety and depression disorders in Tibetan population.
