Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Intravenous Thrombolysis Treatment for Elderly Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing in intravenous thrombolysis treatment for elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The paper chose 102 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023,and divided them into two groups with double-blind method, with 51 cases in each group.Baseline group was treated with routine nursing, while study group with comprehensive nursing on the basis of basic nursing measures.Neurological dysfunction degree, life quality, effective rate after treatment, compliance with medical treatment, and complications were compared between two groups. Results Scores of neurological deficits in study group was lower than baseline group, while SS-QOL scores were higher than baseline group.Effective rate after treatment(94.12%>80.39%)was higher than baseline group, compliance with medical treatment(92.16%>76.47%)was higher than baseline group.Total incidence of complications including reperfusion injury, bleeding, and reinfarction was lower than baseline group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve treatment effectiveness, reduce patient discomfort and complications, restore neurological function, improve life quality in intravenous thrombolysis treatment for elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction, which can be promoted.
