Clinical Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Du Mai Fumigation Combined with Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation in treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Urinary Incontinence
Objective To study application effect of Du Mai fumigation by traditional Chinese medicine combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence.Methods The paper chose 150 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence from January 2022 to December 2022 as data analysis objects,and divided them into two groups randomly:control and observation,with 75 cases in each group.Control group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment,while observation group with traditional Chinese medicine Du Mai fumigation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Pelvic floor muscle strength scores(4.23±0.21)in observation group were significantly higher than control group after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,residual urine volume in bladder of observation group was(19.36±3.54)ml and leakage urine volume in 1-hour urine pad test was(5.02±1.16)g,both lower than control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,observation group had higher urinary incontinence life quality scale(I-QOL)scores than control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Observation group had significantly higher curative effect(98.67%)than control group,(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine Du Mai fumigation and pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment can achieve significant effect for patients with urinary incontinence caused by pelvic floor dysfunction,can promote fast recovery of pelvic floor muscle function,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction.
