Clinical Effect Analysis of Nerve Interventional Treatment of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nerve interventional therapy on ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods From August 2020 to April 2022,a total of 60 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital were used as the object of this study. The patients were divided into two groups for treatment by random number drawing method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with neural interventional therapy Blood vessel stenosis, neurological impairment, daily living ability and complications were compared with the differences between the groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Vd,Vs and vascular stenosis rates between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Vd,Vs and vascular stenosis rates in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the data between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the NIHSS score and ADL score of the two groups, there was no statistical significance between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);According to the statistics of cerebrovascular spasm, slowed heart rate and decreased blood pressure in the two groups, the complication rate in the observation group was 6.66%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the inter-group data had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of nerve interventional therapy in the treatment of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease has the most ideal effect, which can significantly improve the vascular stenosis of patients and is conducive to the recovery of neurological function of patients, and the complications are relatively few, which is worthy of promotion.
