摘要
盆底肌痉挛综合征属于一组症候群,主要表现为盆底疼痛、排便费力等,与盆底横纹肌与平滑肌的痉挛有关,由于盆底肌肉的反常收缩,使得松弛功能减弱从而增加患者疼痛程度.当前临床主要治疗方式为生物反馈疗法,本文结合其病理机制分别对手术治疗及生物反馈疗法、肉毒杆菌毒素A注射、经颅微电流刺激等非手术方式进行了探讨,从而为该病的临床治疗提供理论依据.
Abstract
Pelvic floor muscle spasm syndrome belongs to a group of syndromes,mainly manifested as pelvic floor pain,defecation difficulty,and related to pelvic floor striated muscle and smooth muscle spasm,due to the abnormal contraction of pelvic floor muscle,the relaxation function weakens and increases the pain degree of patients.At present,the main clinical treatment is biofeedback therapy.In this paper,combined with its pathological mechanism,surgical treatment and biofeedback therapy,botulinum toxin A injection,transcranial micro-current stimulation and other non-surgical methods were discussed,so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of this disease.
