Clinical Analysis of the Effects of Hemolysis on AST,GPT,LDH,K+in Biochemical Tests
Objective To analyze the effects of hemolysis on aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(GPT),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and potassium ion(K+)in biochemical tests. Methods A total of 80 healthy physical examination patients admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital were selected. The blood samples of the subjects were divided into two parts from January 2020 to February 2023,and routine biochemical detection and biochemical detection after hemolysis were performed, respectively.Total cholesterol, alkaline phosphatase, triglyceride, urea nitrogen, creatinine, blood glucose, blood uric acid, serum aspartate amino acid, alanine aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, potassium ion, total cholesterol, alkaline phosphatase, triglyceride, urea nitrogen, creatinine of two different serum samples were analyzed. The biochemical indexes of total bilirubin were compared and observed, and then the above biochemical indexes were determined after the serum was hemolyzed, and the test results before and after hemolysis were analyzed. Results The values of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, potassium ion and total cholesterol in hemolytic specimens were significantly higher than those in non-hemolytic specimens, and alkaline phosphatase and total bilirubin were significantly lower than those in non-hemolytic specimens. The calculation results were statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, potassium ion, total cholesterol and alkaline phosphatase in the biochemical test of hemolysis specimens are prone to be abnormal. The calibration by serum hemoglobin concentration has high application value and can provide important reference for clinicians.
