Value Exploration of Predicting Ovarian Reserve Function with AMH and AFC Counts
Objective To explore value of predicting ovarian reserve function with AMH and AFC counts. Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 90 patients in gynecological outpatient department of our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into normal ovarian function group(control group)and ovarian dysfunction group(observation group)according to difference in ovarian reserve function.Levels of anti Mullerian hormone(AMH),antral follicle count(AFC),and estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and ratio of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)to luteinizing hormone(LH)(FSH/LH)was compared between two groups, and correlation between statistically significant indicators and ovarian reserve function was analyzed with logistic binary regression analysis. Results There was statistically significant difference between two groups in terms of AMH and AFC indicators(P<0.05).Correlation between two indicators and ovarian reserve function was analyzed,AMH and AFC was key indicators affecting ovarian reserve function of patients.ROC analysis results indicated, sensitivity of combined prediction of AMH and AFC for ovarian reserve function was 88.90%and specificity was 88.89%.Conclusion AMH and AFC counts have good value for early assessment and prediction of ovarian reserve function.
