Difference Between Lansoprazole and Pantoprazole in the Treatment of Acute Non-varicose Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective To compare the efficacy of Lansoprazole and pantoprazole in the treatment of acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding,in order to select a safer and more efficient drug treatment scheme. Methods 60 patients with acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects, and A prospective controlled trial was designed. The patients were numbered and divided into group A(odd number)and group B(even number)with 30 cases each, pantoprazole and Lansoprazole were given treatment in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of group B was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of group A(P<0.05);The success rate of hemostasis in group B at 24h,48h,72h and 96h was significantly higher than that in group A,and the average hemostasis time was significantly shorter than that in group A(P<0.05).After 72h of drug treatment, fasting gastric acid pH of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05);The serum creatinine and propylglutamic transaminase levels of the two groups were measured, and there was no significant change between the measured values and those before treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in group A was 13.33%,which had no significant difference compared with 10.00%in group B(P>0.05).Conclusion Lansoprazole in the treatment of acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding can rapidly improve the pH value of the stomach and shorten the hemostasis time, and has no significant impact on the liver and kidney function of the patients. The incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the therapeutic effect is significantly better than pantoprazole, which has higher clinical application value.
