Curative Effect Observation of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel Bisulfate in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze application effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate in treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 94 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 as observation subjects,and divided them into control group(monotherapy)and observation group(combination therapy)randomly,with 47 cases in each group.Application effect was compared between groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than control group(P＜0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions was lower in control group(P＜0.05).NIHSS scores were lower than control group,while ADL scores were higher than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of combination therapy for patients with cerebral infarction is more effective than single therapy,exerting synergistic effects,enhancing therapeutic effects,promoting the recovery of neurological function and daily living ability,with high safety,and can be promoted.
