Comparison of the Efficacy of Different CT Modes in the Diagnosis of Abdominal Metastasis in Patients with Abdominal Malignancy
Objective To analyze the value and accuracy of CT and enhanced CT in the diagnosis of abdominal tumor metastasis. Methods 64 patients with abdominal tumor metastasis were selected from May 2019 to August 2022 in our hospital. All patients were examined by CT and enhanced CT.Clinical pathology was used as the"gold standard"to compare the accuracy of the two methods in the diagnosis of abdominal tumor. The accuracy of abdominal tumor metastasis and the detection of the smallest lesions by the two diagnostic methods were compared between the two groups. Results The total diagnostic accuracy of enhanced CT was 78.13%.The total diagnostic accuracy of enhanced CT was 60.94%,and the total diagnostic accuracy of enhanced CT was significantly higher than that of CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total accuracy of enhanced CT in the diagnosis of abdominal metastases was 82.81%;The total accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of abdominal metastasis was 59.38%,and the total accuracy of enhanced CT was significantly higher than that of CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The minimum lesion width, minimum lesion length and minimum lesion area of the lesions diagnosed by enhanced CT were significantly lower than those diagnosed by CT,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced CT can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of abdominal tumor with abdominal metastasis, provide important reference value for clinical diagnosis, and facilitate the treatment and prognosis of patients.
