Endometriosis Complicated with Infertility was Analyzed by Laparoscope Postoperative Pregnancy and Related Factors
Objective To analyze the pregnancy status of patients with endometriosis complicated with infertility after laparoscopic surgery,and to explore the related influencing factors.Methods Start the study in January 2019,The study ended in January 2021.During the selected period,150 patients with endometriosis complicated with infertility were treated in Jiangyin Hongfangzi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,all of whom underwent laparoscopic surgery.The pregnancy status of the patients was observed.Results 92 patients were pregnant two years after surgery,the pregnancy rate was 61.33%,the age was>35 years old,the EMT stage was Ⅲ~Ⅳ,the infertility duration was 22 years,the fallopian tubes were not smooth,the history of pelvic surgery,the history of abortion,the postoperative ovulation drug was not used and the postoperative drug was not standardized,which resulted in no pregnancy in the patients with endometriosis complicated with infertility after laparoscopic surgery Risk factors of the patients(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors affecting the pregnancy of patients with endometriosis complicated with infertility after laparoscopic surgery,so clinicians need to give intervention according to the specific conditions of patients to promote pregnancy.
