Clinical Safety of Minimally Invasive Spinal Trauma Surgery for Patients with Spinal Trauma
Objective To investigate the safety of minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery. Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,182 patients with spinal trauma were taken as the research objects.According to the patients'wishes, they were divided into conventional group(traditional surgery)and minimally invasive group(minimally invasive spinal surgery),91 cases in each group, and the clinical safety of the two kinds of surgery was compared. Results All indexes of minimally invasive group were better than those of conventional group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in minimally invasive group was much lower than that in conventional group, and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction in minimally invasive group was much higher than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery for spinal trauma has higher safety, reduces the occurrence of postoperative complications, has less trauma to patients, shorten the length of hospital stay, and has higher satisfaction in clinical treatment.
