高职学校护理专业医学基础实验室规范化建设研究

目的 研究高职学校护理专业医学基础实验室规范化建设的应用价值。方法 选取2018年1月—2022年12月高职护理专业学生200名作为研究对象,分析基础实验室规范化建设与护理专业学生自我管理能力、实验室质量管理、护生实践操作能力的相关性。结果 2018-2022年护理专业规范化建设医学基础实验室与学生自我规划、时间管理、资源管理、环境管理评分呈正相关性(P<0。05);2018-2022年护理专业规范化建设医学基础实验室与实验室安全、仪器设备、环境卫生评分呈正相关性(P<0。05);2018-2022年护理专业规范化建设医学基础实验室与学生实践操作成绩呈正相关性(P<0。05)。结论 在高职学校护理专业规范化建设医学基础实验室,可有效增强护理专业学生的实践操作能力和专业素质,同时还能进一步提升护理学实验教学质量。
Research on Standardized Construction of Medical Basic Laboratories of Nursing Majors in Vocational Colleges
Objective To study application value of standardized construction of medical basic laboratories of nursing majors in vocational colleges.Methods The paper chose 200 vocational nursing students from January 2018 to December 2022 as research subjects,analyzed correlation between standardized construction of basic laboratories and self-management ability,laboratory quality management,and practical operation ability of nursing students.Results Standardized construction of medical basic laboratories in nursing profession in 2018,2019,2020,2021,and 2022 was positively correlated with student self planning,time management,resource management,and environmental management scores(P<0.05).There was positive correlation between standardized construction of medical basic laboratories of nursing profession in 2018,2019,2020,2021,and 2022and laboratory safety,instrument and equipment,and environmental hygiene scores(P<0.05).Standardized construction of medical basic laboratories in nursing profession in 2018,2019,2020,2021,and 2022 was positively correlated with student practical operation scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardizing construction of medical basic laboratories of nursing majors in vocational colleges can enhance practical operation ability and professional quality of nursing students effectively,and improve quality of nursing experimental teaching further.
