Research on Employment Guidance Strategy for Medical Students
Employment is the biggest livelihood project,the project of the people's heart,the foundation project,is an important guarantee of social stability.Medical students as a special group of graduates,their high-quality employment is not only related to the stability of the family and society,but also related to the realization of"Healthy China 2030 plan"and the stability of medical and health undertakings.By investigating the employment situation of students in a medical college in Shanghai,this paper analyzes the employment characteristics of medical students,including the increase of graduation rate,the tendency of employment units to be public institutions,and the tendency of employment regions to be concentrated in graduation areas,and explores ways to support national and local employment policies,optimize career planning courses,and provide accurate assistance to difficult employment groups.Optimize the employment guidance strategy for medical students.
