The Use of 3D Technology in the Teaching of Percutaneous Vertebro Plasty
Objective To explore the application of 3D printing model in the teaching of percutaneous vertebro plasty and analyze its application value in the teaching of resident physicians. Methods 50 students who received standardized training of surgical specialty in our hospital and joint training base from September 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into 3D printing experimental group and traditional method group according to digital table method.Among them,25 students in the traditional teaching group were taught by the traditional teaching method of percutaneous vertebro plasty, that is,ordinary training models and real cases.25 3D printing experimental teaching group collected MRI and CT data of patients, designed by digital medical technology, and produced by 3D printing technology with patients'personalized high-precision and high-simulation spinal models. The teaching hours, theoretical awareness rate, operational accuracy rate, assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared and analyzed. Results The teaching hours of the experimental teaching group were shorter than those of the traditional method group, and the theoretical awareness rate, operational accuracy rate, assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the experimental teaching group were 24 higher than those of the traditional method group, with significant differences between the groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D technology in the teaching of percutaneous vertebro plasty is significant, and it is worth popularizing.
