叙事性带教模式在精神科临床带教中的应用效果观察

目的 分析叙事性带教模式在精神科临床带教中的应用效果。方法 抽选精神心理科2020年5月—2023年4月实习的42名临床实习生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规教学模式与叙事性带教模式。对比两组学生的理论知识、操作技能、教学评价、教学质量。结果 根据数据分析,观察组理论知识、操作技能、教学评价、教学质量均优于对照组,数据差异明显具备统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 在精神科临床带教中,采用叙事性带教模式能够更好地改善实习生在学习过程中可能存在的学习不积极、兴趣不高、学习内容不理解等问题,更好地为实习生提供一个充满兴趣、理解快的学习环境,也能够为实习生提供一个轻松的学习氛围,因此值得临床推广与运用。
Observation on the Application Effect of Narrative Teaching Model in Clinical Teaching of Psychiatry
Objective To analyze the application effect of narrative teaching model in clinical teaching of psychiatry.Methods 42 clinical interns in department of psychiatry from May 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,which were given conventional teaching mode and narrative teaching mode respectively.The theoretical knowledge,operational skills,teaching evaluation and teaching quality of the two groups of students were compared.Results According to the data analysis,the theoretical knowledge,operational skills,teaching evaluation and teaching quality of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of psychiatry,the use of narrative teaching mode can better improve the learning process of interns,which may be inactive in learning and low interest.To better provide interns with a learning environment full of interest and quick understanding,as well as a relaxed learning atmosphere,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
