Effect Analysis of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Controlling Disability Rate and Degree of Nerve Damage of Patients with Acute Cerebral Thrombosis
Objective To analyze effect of early rehabilitation nursing on disability rate and degree of nerve damage of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis. Methods The paper chose 60 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023,and divided them into control group(n=30,treated with routine nursing)and observation group(n=30,with early rehabilitation nursing)with random envelope method.Nursing outcomes were compared. Results:After intervention,NIHSS scores, disability rate,SAS scores, and SDS scores of observation group were lower than control group, while Fugl-Meyer scores and Barthel scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can improve neurological impairment of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis, reduce disability rates, and improve negative emotions effectively, with high application value.
