Effect of Correlated Holistic Nursing Model on Postoperative Anal Pain and Defecation of Patients with Anorectal Diseases
Objective To analyze effect of correlated holistic nursing model on postoperative anal pain and defecation of patients with anorectal diseases.Methods The paper chose 80 anorectal patients from July 2021 to July 2022as study subjects,and divided them into two groups:control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with correlated holistic nursing.Postoperative anal pain,bowel movements,negative emotion scores,and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had lower postoperative anal pain scores than control group(P<0.05).First postoperative bowel movement time of observation group was shorter than control group,and observation group had more bowel movements than control group within 1W and 2W after surgery(P<0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was 1 case(2.5%)lower than 8 cases in control group(20.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Correlated holistic nursing model can reduce pain,promote bowel movements,improve negative emotions,and reduce incidence of postoperative complications of patients in proctology department.
