Perioperative Effect Evaluation of High-Quality Nursing on Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
Objective To explore perioperative effect of high-quality nursing on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to Jinqiu Hospital of Liaoning Province from March 2022 to April 2023,and divided them into DSH group(40 cases)and HRX group(40 cases)according to poker grouping method.DSH group was treated with routine nursing,while HRX group with high-quality nursing.Nursing effect,psychological status,life quality,incidence of complications,treatment indicators,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared.Results ① Nursing effect of HRX group was significantly higher than DSH group(P<0.05).② SAS and SDS scores showed no difference before nursing(t=0.055,0.123,P=0.956,0.902>0.05).After nursing,those of HRX group<DSH group,(42.73±6.15)points<(50.66±5.74)points,(44.15±2.34)points<(50.46±2.25)points,(t=5.962,12.294,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between two groups(P>0.05),after nursing,those of HRX group were significantly higher than DSH group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in HRX group was significantly lower than DSH group(P<0.05).⑤ Duration of indwelling catheters and hospitalization in HRX group was shorter than DSH group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of HRX group was significantly higher than DSH group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing during surgery can achieve significant effect for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,which is worth promoting.
