Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Recovery and Complications of Spinal Tuberculosis
Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on spinal tuberculosis patients with surgical treatment.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with spinal tuberculosis surgery from January 2022 to January 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while observation group with comprehensive nursing intervention.Recovery time,complication rate,and pain symptoms were compared between two groups.Results Recovery time of observation group was shorter than control group(P＜0.05),complication incidence of observation group was lower than control group(P＜0.05).Pain symptom scores of observation group were lower than control group at 2 hours,6 hours,24 hours,and 72 hours after surgery(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can accelerate postoperative recovery,reduce postoperative complications,and alleviate pain symptoms of spinal tuberculosis patients with surgery.
