Effect Research on Humanistic Nursing in Operating Room of Elderly Patients with Lower Limb Fractures
Objective To explore effect of humanistic care in operating room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures.Methods The paper chose 62 patients with lower limb fractures from May 2021 to May 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31)with computer randomization method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with humanistic nursing on the basis of control group.Intervention effect was compared.Results Observation group had better surgical indicators than control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in scores between two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,related scores of observation group were lower than control group,comparison was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Intervention effect rate of observation group was higher than control group,incidence of complications was lower than control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing in operating room can achieve significant effect,alleviate negative emotions of elderly patients with lower limb fractures actively,control risk of surgical complications and improve quality of surgical nursing effectively on the basis of improving cooperation of patient during surgery,which is worthy of application and promotion.
