Objective To explore value and effect of continuous nursing in treatment of urinary tract stones patients with double J tubes after surgery.Methods The paper chose 80 urinary tract stone patients with surgery and retained double J tubes in urology department of the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as reference group,and 80 patients with urinary tract stones with surgery and retained double J tubes in urology department of the hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 as study group.Reference group was treated with routine nursing strategies and discharge follow-up,while study group with standardized continuous nursing strategies based on reference group.Incidence of complications in study group was 8.75%,significantly lower than 31.25%in reference group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Nursing recognition in study group was significantly higher than reference group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Social skills and satisfaction degree of study group were significantly better than reference group.Material living standards,physical functions,and psychological status of control group were better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can fully reduce incidence of complications of patients with urinary tract stones with double J catheters after surgery,improve living standards after discharge,meet nursing needs better,accelerate recovery,which is worthy of widespread clinical application and promotion.
