Analysis of Preventive Effect,Bleeding Rate,and Compliance Behavior of Personalized Nursing Intervention for Premature Delivery Caused By Gestational Hypertension
Objective To explore preventive effect,bleeding rate,and compliance behavior of personalized nursing interventions on premature delivery caused by gestational hypertension.Methods The paper chose 59 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to August 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group(29 cases)was treated with routine nursing,while study group(30 cases)with personalized nursing.Bleeding rate,premature birth prevention effect,psychological emotions,and compliance behavior were observed and analyzed between two groups.Results Bleeding rate and premature birth prevention effect of study group was better than control group(P<0.05).Psychological emotions of study group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Compliance scores of study group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing can reduce bleeding volume,prevent adverse outcomes,and improve medical compliance of patients with gestational hypertension.
