Research on Standardized Management of Two Cancer Screening Projects Based on SMART Principle
Objective To analyze effect and value of standardized management of two cancer screening projects based on SMART principle.Methods The paper chose 3555 female patients with"two cancers"treated with routine management methods in our hospital from January to December 2022 as control group,and 2775 female patients with"two cancers"from January to July 2023,with standardized management of two cancer screening projects based on the SMART principle,as observation group.500 cases were randomly chosen from two groups of screening data as research subjects,"Two cancers"screening projects and management indicators were analyzed.Results Observation group had significantly lower rates of missing and incorrect entries in two cancer screening record books than control group,while completeness rate was higher than control group(P＜0.05).Follow-up rate of cervical cancer(including precancerous lesions)and breast cancer(including precancerous lesions)in observation group was higher than control group(P＜0.05).Evaluation scores for screening and management of"two cancers"in observation group(scheme,plan,organizational management,technical services,and information management)were higher than control group(P＜0.05).Satisfaction degree of two cancer screening staff in observation group was higher than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Standardized project management based on SMART principle can improve completeness rate of filling out information,ensure follow-up rate of key staff,improve quality and management level of cancer screening services during process of cancer screening,which has important application value.
