Effect Analysis of Digital Electronic Colposcopy in Cervical Lesion Screening
Objective To study the implementation value of digital electronic colposcope in cervical lesion screening.Methods A total of 100 cases were selected and performed in patients with cervical lesions in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023.Digital electronic colposcopy was performed in all enrolled patients.The relationship between colposcopy diagnosis and histological diagnosis,the relationship between colposcopy diagnosis and cervical cytology results,and the relationship between colposcopy findings and histological diagnosis results were analyzed.Results Colposcopy diagnosis showed 67 cases(67.00%)of normal transformation zone and others,20 cases(20.00%)of abnormal transformation zone grade Ⅰ,10 cases(10.00%)of abnormal transformation zone grade Ⅱ and 3 cases(3.00%)of abnormal transformation zone grade Ⅲ.Histological diagnosis showed 89 cases of chronic cervicitis(89.00%),4 cases of CINI(4.00%),3 cases of CINII(3.00%),2 cases of CINIII(2.00%),1 case of CIS(1.00%),and 1 case of invasive carcinoma(1.00%).Colposcopy showed normal transformation area in 57 cases(57.00%),abnormal transformation area in 33 cases(33.00%)and other 10 cases(10.00%).Histological diagnosis showed 88 cases of chronic cervicitis(88.00%),8 cases of atypical hyperplasia(8.00%)and 4 cases of cancer(4.00%).The cervical cytology results showed that there were 62 cases,35 cases,3 cases,0 cases and 0 cases of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ,accounting for 62.00%,35.00%,3.00%,0.00%and 0.00%.Conclusion Digital electronic colposcopy has positive significance in the diagnosis of the disease,the results are accurate and reliable,and can be popularized and applied.
