Objective To study influence of community health management on medication compliance and follow-up rate during nursing of AIDS patients by means of comparative experiment.Methods CDC of the county followed 1394 AIDS patients in from January 2022 to May 2023.After determining research objects,patients were numbered according to start time of follow-up,those with double number were divided into control group and those with single number into experimental group.Control group was treated with routine health management,experimental group with individualized health education guidance on the basis.on the 30th day after guidance,incidence of drug side effect,medication compliance scores,and follow-up rate of study subjects were statistically analyzed,difference of above research data between two groups was compared.Results Based on different health management shceme,incidence of drug side effect in experimental group was lower,medication compliance scores and follow-up rates were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During process of community health management for AIDS patients,individualized health education guidance can prevent and control side effect during drug use effectively,and ensure medication compliance and follow-up rate of patients,which has significant clinical application value.
