Clinical Observation on Combination of Self-Made Promoting Blood Circulation and Opening Orifices Decoction in Treatment of Mild to Moderate Traumatic Brain Injury
Objective To explore clinical effect of self-made promoting blood circulation and opening orifices decoction combined with olaxitam in treatment of mild to moderate traumatic brain injury.Methods The paper chose 46 individuals with mild to moderate traumatic brain injury from June 2021 to June 2022 for study,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Grouping difference was mainly reflected in medication plan.Control group was treated with olaxitam injection,while observation group with self-made promoting blood circulation and opening orifices decoction+olaxitam injection.Comparison indicators of two groups included:clinical indicator effect,neurological deficit scores,mental state scale scores,daily living ability scores,and adverse reactions after medication.Results Treatment effect of observation group was better(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in scores for neurological deficits between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,neurological deficit scores in observation group were lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in mental state scale scores between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,observation group had higher scores on mental state scale(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in daily living ability scale scores between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,observation group had higher scores on daily living ability scale(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions data between groups after medication(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of olaxetan and self formulated promoting blood circulation and opening orifices decoction can achieve significant curative effect on patients with mild to moderate traumatic brain injury,can alleviate neurological function and daily living ability effectively,improves mental state of patients after medication.The medication may not cause serious adverse reactions,with relative safety.Overall,the medication scheme has high clinical promotion and application value.
