Curative Effect Observation of Electrocardiogram Heart Rate Variability on Pediatric Pneumonia with Myocardial Damage
Objective To explore and analyze curative effect of electrocardiogram heart rate variability on pediatric pneumonia with myocardial damage. Methods The paper chose 62 cases of pediatric pneumonia with myocardial damage admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 as study subjects in observation group. At the same time,it chose 62 cases of simple pediatric pneumonia with mycoplasma infection in control group.Heart rate variability parameters between two groups and heart rate variability parameters in observation group before and after treatment were observed and analyzed. Results LF/HF and HR of observation group was significantly higher than control groups, and data comparison was significant(P<0.05).The rMSSD was lower than control group,(P<0.05).After treatment,HF/HR of observation group was significantly lower than before treatment, data comparison before and after treatment was significant(P<0.05).rMSSD increased more significantly than before treatment, data comparison was significant(P<0.05).CK of observation group was(515.51±110.43)U/L,CK-MB was(33.79±8.14)U/L,AST was(60.43±17.72)U/L,LDH was(330.79±101.43)U/L.Analysis of myocardial enzyme and heart rate variability parameters of observation group children showed,LDH,AST,CK,CK-MB was negatively correlated with rMSSD(r=0.315,-0.312 and 0.323,P<0.05).LDH,AST,CK,CK-MB was positively correlated with LF/HF(r=0.346,0.402,0.383,and 0.364,P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric pneumonia with myocardial damage can damage cardiac autonomic nervous system function of children directly. Therefore, myocardial damage, clinical treatment effect, and heart rate variability is closely related. It is necessary to observe electrocardiogram heart rate variability indicators to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and ensure safety and health of children.
