Effect Study on Dopamine Combined with Phentolamine in Treatment of Severe Heart Failure in Emergency Department
Objective To explore clinical effect of dopamine combined with phentolamine in treatment of emergency severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods The paper chose 80 acute severe pneumonia patients complicated with heart failure in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with dopamine treatment,while experimental group with dopamine combined with phentolamine treatment.Curative effect between two groups was observed.Results Comparison of mean respiratory rate,heart rate,and blood oxygen saturation indicators between two groups before treatment showed(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators in both groups improved,those of experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05).Comparison of PF,BP,VT,and MH scores between two groups before treatment showed(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators in both groups improved,those fo experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate after treatment in control group was 80.00%,that in experimental group was 95.00%,comparison showed(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of dopamine and phentolamine can achieve significant curative effect on emergency severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure,which is more satisfactory than single drug therapy,and can be recommended as the preferred treatment method.
