Objective To explore clinical effect of microbiological testing in prevention,diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.Methods The paper chose 120 cases infectious diseases admitted to Pizhou City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,60 cases with infectious diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were included in control group(without microbiological testing),and 60 cases with infectious diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2022 in observation group(with microbiological testing).Results Diagnostic accuracy of observation group(73.33%)was higher than control group(53.33%),difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Treatment effect of observation group was higher than control group,infection control effect of observation group was better,difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Microbiological testing has good effect on prevention,diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases,can improve pertinence of diagnosis and treatment activities,and promote early recovery of patients,which has value of promotion.
