目的 探讨宫腔镜IBS刨削系统用于宫腔残留组织物治疗中的效果。方法 选取2021年7月—2023年2月收治的流产后宫腔残留组织物患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用可视清宫术治疗,观察组采用宫腔镜IBS刨削系统治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率明显较对照组更高(P<0。05);观察组月经恢复时间、月经量、HCG恢复正常时间与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0。05)。观察组术后宫腔粘连发生率、术后妊娠率与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0。05)。术前两组子宫内膜厚度、HIF-1α、FGF、VEGF水平无显著差异(P>0。05);术后观察组各指标低于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 宫腔镜IBS刨削系统用于宫腔残留组织物治疗中的效果令人满意,可促进快速恢复,也能减少宫腔粘连发生,提高术后妊娠率,值得推广。
Effect Observation of Hysteroscopic IBS Planing System in Treatment of Residual Uterine Tissue
Objective To explore effect of hysteroscopic IBS planing system in treatment of residual uterine tissue.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with residual uterine tissue after miscarriage from July 2021 to February 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with visual curettage treatment,while observation group with hysteroscopic IBS scraping system treatment.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 85.00%in control group(P<0.05).There were significant difference in recovery time,menstrual volume,and HCG recovery time between observation group and control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in incidence of postoperative intrauterine adhesions and pregnancy rate between observation group and control group(P<0.05).Before operation,endometrial thickness and HIF-1α,FGF and VEGF levels showed no significant difference between two groups,(P>0.05),indicators in observation group were lower than control group after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic IBS scraping system can achieve satisfied effect for residual uterine tissue,can promote rapid recovery,reduce uterine adhesions,and improve postoperative pregnancy rate,which is worthy of promotion.
