Curative Effect Analysis of Minimally Invasive Treatment for Uterine Fibroids Under Hysteroscopy
Objective To analyze clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery under hysteroscopy for uterine fibroids. Methods The paper chose 200 patients with uterine fibroid surgery from January 2017 to June 2023 for study, and divided them into control group and observation group randomly, with 100 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional open surgery, while observation group with minimally invasive surgery under hysteroscopy.Curative effect between two groups was evaluated after treatment. Results Average values of intraoperative bleeding, surgical time, and hospital stay in observation group were lower than control group, with P<0.05.Total effective rate in observation group was 92.00%,while that in reference group was 71.00%,P<0.05.Total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was 5.00%,while that in reference group was 20.00%,P<0.05.Scores of various life quality indicators in postoperative observation group were higher than reference group,P<0.05,with statistical significance. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery under hysteroscopy can achieve better effect than traditional open surgery, can improve surgical indicators with fewer complications, which plays an important role in life quality improvement of patients.
