Clinical Effect Research of Acupuncture Combined with Mesalazine on Ulcerative Colitis of Spleen Kidney Yand Deficiency Type
Objective To analyze clinical effect of acupuncture combined with mesalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis of spleen kidney Yand deficiency type.Methods The paper chose 70 patients with ulcerative colitis of spleen kidney Yand deficiency type admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022,and divided them into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35)according to different treatment methods.Control group was treated with mesalazine,and observation group with acupuncture on the basis of the former.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,serum inflammatory factor levels,cellular immune balance indicators,and treatment effect were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results TCM symptom scores of abdominal cold pains,chills in limbs,and morning diarrhea in observation group were lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Levels of IFN-γ,5-HT,SP and HIS in observation group were lower than control group after treatment,while levels of IL-4,IL-10 and VIP were higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Th17 cells and Th17/Treg ratio in observation group was lower than control group,Treg ratio was higher than control group(P<0.05).Effective rate of treatment in observation group was 94.29%,higher than 74.29%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During treatment of ulcerative colitis with spleen kidney Yand deficiency,combination therapy can achieve more definite curative effect than single therapy,can quickly reduce inflammatory response,improve clinical symptoms,and accelerate recovery process of patients.
