The Significance of Myocardial Enzyme Profiling Combined with Troponin Detection in the Diagnosis of Hypothyroidism
Objective In this study, myocardial enzymology combined with troponin detection was used to provide a more accurate basis for the examination of patients with hypothyroidism, and the effect of myocardial enzymology combined with troponin detection was analyzed. Methods 68 healthy physical examiners and 68 patients with hypothyroidism diagnosed in our hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 were selected. The healthy physical examiners were set as control group, and the patients with confirmed hypothyroidism were set as observation group.Myocardial enzyme profile and troponin were detected in all subjects.Myocardial enzyme profile and troponin related indexes, diagnostic status and diagnostic efficacy of myocardial enzyme profile and troponin were compared between the two groups. Results Myocardial enzyme spectrum and troponin related indexes in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The results of the combined detection of myocardial enzyme spectrum and troponin were statistically analyzed.53 cases were positive and 83 cases were negative. There were 43 positive and 93 negative troponin tests. The combined test was positive in 65 cases and negative in 71 cases. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 67.65%,89.71%,86.79%and 73.49%respectively.The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of troponin were 55.88%,92.65%,88.37%and 67.74%respectively.The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined detection were 92.65%,97.06%,96.92%and 92.95%.Conclusion The combination of myocardial enzymology and troponin in the diagnosis of hypothyroidism has achieved remarkable results in clinic, and is more valuable than any single test.
