Foley导管低位水囊与小剂量米索前列醇在足月妊娠引产的临床效果分析

目的 针对足月妊娠引产使用Foley导管低位水囊与小剂量米索前列醇的临床效果展开分析与探讨。方法 研究对象的纳入时间在2021年1月—2022年12月,均为本院收治的延迟妊娠、妊娠合并症的足月孕妇,共计172例,根据引产方法不同,划分为Foley导管组(76例,Foley导管低位水囊+小剂量缩宫素)、米索前列醇组(36例,小剂量米索前列醇与小剂量缩宫素联合应用),缩宫素组(60例,单纯小剂量缩宫素静脉滴注),针对三组宫颈成熟有效性、不良反应、宫颈Bishop评分、产程时间及引产成功率实施对照分析。结果 相比缩宫素组,其他两组宫颈成熟总有效率均明显更高(P<0。05),同时Foley导管组数据相比米索前列醇组更高(P<0。05);不良反应发生率对比结果方面,三组之间均差异无统计学意义(P>0。05);Foley导管组、米索前列醇组干预12h后宫颈Bishop评分均高于缩宫素组(P<0。05),且Foley导管组数据相比米索前列醇组更高(P<0。05);Foley导管组、米索前列醇组第一产程、总产程时间均低于缩宫素组(P<0。05),且Foley导管组数据低于米索前列醇组(P<0。05);比较三组之间的第二产程、第三产程时间统计数据,差异均无统计学意义(P>0。05)。Foley导管组、米索前列醇组引产成功率均高于缩宫素组(P<0。05),且Foley导管组数据相比米索前列醇组更高(P<0。05)。结论 Foley导管低位水囊与小剂量米索前列醇的使用,都能够使足月妊娠引产效果显著提升,其安全性良好,有助于提高宫颈成熟效果,特别是Foley导管低位水囊,费用低,副作用小,值得基层医院普及。
Clinical Effect Analysis of Foley Catheter Low Water Sac and Low-Dose Misoprostol in Induction of Labor During Full-Term Pregnancy
Objective To analyze and explore clinical effect of Foley catheter and low-dose misoprostol for labor induction of full-term pregnancy.Methods The paper chose chose 172 full-term pregnant women with delayed pregnancy,complication of pregnancy,complications admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into Foley catheter group(76 cases,treated with Foley catheter low water sac+small dose oxytocin)and misoprostol group(36 cases,with small dose misoprostol combined with small dose oxytocin),oxytocin group(60 cases,with small dose oxytocin intravenous infusion only)according to different induction methods.Effect of cervical ripening,adverse reactions,cervical Bishop scores,labor process time,and success rate of induced labor were compared and analyzed of three groups.Results Total effective rate of cervical maturation in other two groups was significantly higher than oxytocin group,P<0.05.At the same time,the Foley catheter group had higher data than misoprostol group,P<0.05.Incidence of adverse reactions showed no statistically significant difference among three groups,P>0.05.After 12 hours of intervention,cervical Bishop scores of the Foley catheter group and misoprostol group were higher than oxytocin group,P<0.05,Foley catheter group had higher data than misoprostol group,P<0.05.The first and total stages of labor in Foley catheter group and misoprostol group were lower than oxytocin group(P<0.05),the Foley catheter group had lower data than misoprostol group(P<0.05).Comparison of statistical data of the second and third stages of labor showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Success rate of induced labor in the Foley catheter group and misoprostol group was higher than oxytocin group,P<0.05,the Foley catheter group had higher data than misoprostol group,P<0.05.Conclusion Foley catheter low position water sac and low-dose misoprostol can improve induction effect of full-term pregnancy significantly,improve cervical maturation effect with good safety.Especially,Foley catheter low position water sac has low cost and few side effect,which is worthy of popularization in grassroots hospitals.
