Postoperative Curative Effect Evaluation of Laparoscope Combined with Choledochoscopy in Treatment of Gallbladder Stones Combined with Common Bile Duct Stones
Objective To explore surgical effect of laparoscope combined with choledochoscopy, and traditional open surgery for gallbladder stones combined with common bile duct stones. Methods The paper analyzed 120 patients with gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones with surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2022,60 cases in observation group were treated with laparoscope combined with choledochoscopy surgery, while the other 60 cases in control group with open surgery.Postoperative complications and treatment outcomes were evaluated based on followup of 3 to 6 months after surgery.Pain assessment were carried on with Visual Analog Scale(VAS),and serum total bilirubin(TBIL)levels were measured with automated electrochemiluminescence analyzer. Results Incision length, intraoperative bleeding, surgical time, postoperative exhaust time postoperative bed rest time, postoperative extubation time, and postoperative hospital stay in observation group was significantly lower than control group. However, there was no significant difference in stone clearance rate between observation group and control group(P>0.05).VAS scores of postoperative observation group at 12 hours,24 hours, and 48 hours were significantly lower than control group. There was no significant difference in TBIL levels between two groups before surgery(P>0.05),TBIL levels in observation group on the first day after operation,on the third day and on the 7th day were significantly lower than control group.Observation group showed significantly lower incidence of incision infection, biliary bleeding, bile leakage, fever, and complications of pancreatitis than control group Conclusion Laparoscope combined with choledochoscopy can achieve less surgical trauma, faster postoperative recovery, less pain, and fewer complications than laparotomy in treatment of gallbladder stones combined with common bile duct stones, which is worthy of further promotion.
