Effect of Coronary Intervention on Ventricular Remodeling in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction in Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To investigate the effect of coronary intervention on ventricular remodeling in patients with acute myocardial infarction(CHD-AMI).Methods 88 CHD-AMI patients admitted to hospital from May 2017 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.Among them,88 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,44 patients in the control group received conventional intravenous thrombolysis therapy and 44 patients in the study group received coronary intervention therapy. The efficacy and ventricular remodeling of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in NIHSS score and BNP level between the two groups(P>0.05);NIHSS score of both groups decreased after 3d and 7d after treatment,BNP level increased after 3d,and the study group significantly decreased after 7d,which showed that the study group was superior to the control group,P<0.05;After treatment, the levels of CK-MB and CK in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;LESV and LEDV levels of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group, while LVEF levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary interventional therapy in CHD-AMI patients can not only significantly relieve ventricular remodeling, but also regulate BNP and myocardial enzyme levels, thus improving nerve function, which is worthy of recommendation.
