Application of Early Bladder Function Training for Patients with in dwelling Catheterization during Gynecological Laparoscopic Hysteromyoma Surgery
Objective To explore application effect of early bladder function training for patients with indwelling catheterization during gynecological laparoscopic uterine fibroid surgery. Methods The paper chose 188 patients with indwelling catheterization during gynecological laparoscopic uterine fibroid surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group(n=94)was treated with routine nursing, while observation group(n=94)with early bladder function training.Lower urinary tract and bladder dysfunction scale(MHU)scores, life quality(SF-36)scores,incidence of complications, and catheterization time were compared between two groups. Results Before the intervention,MHU scores and SF-36 scores comparison between two groups showed P>0.05.After 30 days of intervention,MHU scores in observation group were lower than control group, and SF-36 scores were higher than control group,P<0.05.Incidence of complications and duration of indwelling catheters in observation group was lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Early bladder function training can promote recovery of bladder function of patients with indwelling catheterization during laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery effectively, improve life quality, shorten time of indwelling catheterization with high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
