Clinical Comparison of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy through Posterior Gallbladder Triangle Approach and Gallbladder Triangle Approach for Gallstones with Chronic Cholecystitis
Objective To explore effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy through posterior triangle approach and gallbladder triangle approach in treatment of gallstones with chronic cholecystitis. Methods The paper chose 102 patients in to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups based on different surgical approaches.51 cases in control group were treated with laparoscopic surgery through gallbladder triangle approach;51 cases in observation group with laparoscopic surgery through posterior triangle approach of the gallbladder.Surgical indicators, levels of inflammatory factors, and complications were compared between two groups. Results Surgical indicators of experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in levels of inflammatory factors between experimental group and control group before surgery(P>0.05).After surgery, improvement level of inflammatory factors in experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05),inter group data were statistically significant. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy posterior triangular approach can achieve more accurate effect, with better surgical indicators, less effect on body of patients with gallstones and chronic cholecystitis, which can reduce inflammatory response of patients, and is worthy of promotion.
