Objective To explore clinical effect of immediate implant restoration combined with periodontal basic treatment for patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with chronic periodontitis in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023.Control group of 50 cases was treated with basic periodontal treatment,while experimental group of 50 cases with immediate implant restoration combined with basic periodontal treatment.Application value was compared between two treatment plans.Results After nursing,experimental group showed better various indicators than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Immediate implant restoration combined with periodontal basic treatment can alleviate various symptoms of patients with chronic periodontitis effectively,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
